Asset Browser

This was built to make it a little easier for the artists to find and load assets, without having to navigate the many-level-deep directory structure we had in place. I added search functionality that supports wildcards and limited regex syntax.
Where available, the asset browser also provides a thumbnail view of the asset (currently limited to Customisation and Weapon assets, as it pulls up existing icons that are used in-game). This is primarily for quick identification without needing to load up the asset, since our file naming convention means that for the most part, the artist is presented only with a category and number.
